Easter Baskets for our Military Buddies…
Yes, they are away from home, but no, they will not be forgotten this Easter. We’re sending Easter Baskets in a few weeks and we really need your help!!

The Latest Responses from our Troops overseas…
Thanks again for the support. This months care packages were well distributed out to the CRSP yard & Distro Plt’s (I told the platoon leader to make sure the sweets go to guys going out on the road). There was a big Hersey Kiss which I gave to one of the Lt’s who seems to be over worked. It made him smile. We will take the nuts and trail mix as I tend to give them to Soldiers going outside the wire as we call it. It builds their morale.Tell your donators that the 240th appreciate their support. It’s important for them to know their efforts are not wasted. -Cheryl
To everyone who contributed and sends their thoughts and prayers to us servicemen and women over here in Iraq. Thank you so much for all you’ve sent and all the time you’ve dedicated to thinking of our welfare and showing your support. Our tour with the Wisconsin National Guard will be drawing to a close. I encourage you to keep supporting the Troops. Thanks again. -Franklin
I wanted to let you know how tasty the snacks are. I have distributed them among our soldiers and it has met with much appreciation. If you are able, please continue to think of the “Gladiators” when you send out care packages. Grace & Blessings, Jim
I got my box today…what a nice surprise. Weather is still chilly in the am and evenings but the days are getting nice. I appreciate all you do for the troops, we are truly thankful for everyones generosity. Take care, Linda.
Good morning. I have a small group of Corpsman or the equivalent to a medics out here in particular I have a huge Packers fan and he got a kick when I presented him with your product. We would like to thank you all for a great product and for thinking about us out here. It was a great treat for us here. People like you motivate us to strive for greatness we are grateful to have an entire company who actually took their time to share a common bond with us. It makes us very happy to know people are supportive on the things that we are doing out here to help others to get back n their own two feet. I have a group of phenomenal guys and girls here and they go out with the Marines, they are the ones that take care of our Marines when the Marines get hurt. They are the Marines first line of care in the battlefield and they do an outstanding job. Is just like you see in the movies such as Black Hawk Down or any other war movie when you see them calling for a medic or Doc those are my kids, they are all young men and women taking care of not just the Marines but all those who need medical assistance out there. Once again thank you all for what you do and for giving us a little piece of the taste of Wisconsin. God bless you all and much prosperity to all. From a group of friends far away, r/Eric
Thank you all so much for the Valentine day goodies! My squad is doing very well, and working really hard. I just want to say thank you again for the continued support we are receiving. It really means so much to all of us. -Joshua
The rootbeer was a hit over here as is everything else. We are very busy out here with our logistically mission, but its nice to take some time and have good old rootbeer. -Cheryl
I just wanted to take the time to send you a big thank you! I really appreciate the care package that you sent and learning about all the effort you have been organizing in the support of soldiers. I hope that you hear thank you very often and know how much it means for soldiers like myself to receive support over here. The little bit of winter in Iraq feels like it is on its way out. The temperature has begun to climb and it won’t be long before I’ll be missing the colder days. Of course it is nothing compared to the winter that you have been having. To tell you just a little about myself, I have been in the Idaho National Guard for over three years and this is my first deployment. I have two sons. I miss them very much. My wife does an amazing job handing the role of temporary single parent. I have no idea how she works, takes care of those boys, and our home but she does and I am so grateful to know that she is there taking care of our life so that I can be here taking care of this mission. I have passed on your address so I hope that you get some more thank yous. It really means so much to me and my fellow soldiers. Best wishes, Joshua
We got the root beer yesterday and put it in the fridge. my LTs were so excited because they knew that brand and we enjoyed a nice cold bottle last night to destress. thanks so much. -Ben
Got your box today, everyone says thanks a bunch. -James
Ma’am, Just a quick note to thank you for the packages we have received and to ask that you pass our thanks on. These packages did double duty – not only did our soldiers sailors, airmen, and Marines benefit, but the Afghan Clinic on our base did, too. We passed many of the items on to the women and children that walk for miles, of late in the snow, to seek care at the clinic. Continue your good work. Thanks much. -Bryan
Another month down yippee. We are doing ok but the weather has got us looking for the indoors. The rain has come and we have started to deal with the nasty mucky sand. Of course it is still cold and we are still bundling up. We are very thankful everything that has been mailed to us so far. Please keep us in your prayers as the weather gets warmer things here will change. -Matt
Thank you for all your help in supporting our Troops!
